These rules apply to every team, every player and every match of Elysium Cup 2026. Registering for the tournament is confirmation that your entire squad has read, understood and accepted all clauses below. There are no refunds after registration.
1 · Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the applicable format fee.
- Slots are allocated strictly in the order of received payments. Payment does not guarantee a slot if the bracket has already locked.
- All fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance, including no-shows, disqualification, weather delays, personal reasons, or team withdrawal.
- Registrations are non-transferable between teams or formats without written approval from Elysium Events.
2 · Squad & Eligibility
- 5v5 squads: 5 starting + 2 substitutes. 2v2 and Foot Tennis: 2 players per team.
- All players must be 18 years or older on match day. Government photo ID may be checked at the venue.
- Player-swapping between teams within the same format is not allowed once the bracket is published.
- Captains are responsible for their squad's conduct at all times.
3 · Match Format & Play
- Standard rolling substitutions. No offsides in 5v5 unless otherwise announced at the captains briefing.
- Two-kit rule: every team must arrive with a light and dark kit. Bibs will be provided when a clash cannot be resolved.
- Studs / blades permitted only on the specified surface; the venue supervisor's call is final.
- Timekeeping, whistle and scoring by the referee are FINAL. Video protests are not accepted.
4 · Fair Conduct Code
- Zero tolerance for physical violence, racial or personal abuse, spitting, or intentional injury. Instant disqualification with no refund.
- Dissent, deliberate time-wasting or simulation will earn cards at the referee's discretion.
- Team supporters must remain in the designated spectator area. Captains are accountable for their supporters' conduct.
- Alcohol, smoking and any prohibited substance are banned inside the playing area.
5 · Disputes & Liability
- All on-field disputes are resolved by the appointed referee. Off-field disputes escalate to the Tournament Director, whose decision is final and binding.
- Elysium Events is NOT liable for personal injury, loss or damage of belongings, or any outcome beyond what is explicitly promised in writing on this website.
- Participants play at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance / medical cover.
- By registering, every player and captain acknowledges and accepts every clause of this rule book and the Participation Agreement.
Non-Refundable Registration
All registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Please read the FAQ and Participation Agreement in full before you pay.
