All participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Elysium Cup Rulebook and tournament regulations.

Failure to follow tournament rules may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or disqualification.

The team captain confirms that:

• All players listed in the team roster are eligible to participate.
• Players are not registered under multiple teams within the same location.
• Players participating at multiple locations have not previously won a match at another location of the tournament, in accordance with tournament rules.

Providing false information may result in immediate disqualification.

Participants acknowledge that football is a physical sport involving inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, collision, or physical strain.

By participating in the tournament, players voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Elysium Cup organizers, staff, volunteers, venue providers, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for:

• Personal injury or medical conditions
• Damage to personal property
• Loss of personal belongings
• Accidents occurring during the tournament

All participants take part at their own risk.

All players and teams are expected to maintain respectful behavior and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

The following may lead to disciplinary action or disqualification:

• Violent conduct
• Verbal or physical abuse
• Unsportsmanlike behavior
• Disrespect toward referees, organizers, or other participants

All matches will be overseen by designated referees. Referee decisions during matches are final.

The tournament organizers reserve the right to resolve disputes and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary. Organizer decisions are final and binding.

Participants acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other media may be captured during the tournament.

By participating, players grant the organizers permission to use such media for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes related to Elysium Cup.

The organizers reserve the right to modify match schedules, rules, or tournament arrangements if required for operational or safety reasons.

By submitting a registration for the Elysium Cup, the team captain confirms that all players on the team have read and agreed to this Participation & Legal Agreement and the Elysium Cup Rulebook.

Participation in the tournament constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
