Current registration status
This website currently provides event information only, with no public registration or payment button. The next event date, venue and registration details are TBA.
Existing registrations
For an existing registration, refer to the terms disclosed when you registered and the tournament rules. Elysium Events' stated policy is that registration fees are non-refundable for team withdrawal or non-attendance, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Cancellations and payment concerns
Contact us about an event cancellation, duplicate payment, failed payment or registration dispute. Provide your team name and payment reference, not passwords, full card details or identity documents. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available. The organisers will communicate confirmed event changes directly to affected teams.
Before a future payment
Review the confirmed date, venue, participation terms, total payable amount and cancellation terms before committing to any future registration. Website announcements alone are not a booking confirmation.
